At Iloa – Wellbeing (trading as NovaTri Group Ltd), we work with trusted UK manufacturers and distributors who ship products directly from their facilities to you.
This allows us to offer a broad range of wellbeing products without holding large amounts of stock, while ensuring your order is fulfilled efficiently and securely.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier schedules, and seasonal demand.

  • If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we’ll contact you by email with an updated estimated delivery date.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Our suppliers dispatch orders using reliable UK courier services.
Delivery timeframes depend on the supplier’s warehouse location and courier performance.

  • Standard UK Delivery: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Express UK Delivery (where available): usually 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on supplier dispatch schedules, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, supplier location, and the selected delivery option.

  • From time to time, we may offer free UK shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

  • If your order contains multiple items from different suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate parcels at no extra shipping cost.

Split Shipments

As we work with several fulfilment partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate deliveries.
You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available) for each parcel.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for these split shipments.

Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, supplier dispatch times, or events outside our control (e.g., strikes, weather disruptions).

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order (or part of it) has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, where available.
