Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched directly from our UK partner within 7–10 working days. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas, including (but not limited to) the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and certain rural postcodes.
If additional delivery costs are required, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the final shipping charge.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@iloa.co.uk so that we can help.
Please note that all standard deliveries from Iloa and our partners are curbside only. This means items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property, such as a driveway or curb.
Customers are responsible for moving the product to its final location and arranging any required assembly or installation.
If you need assistance beyond curbside delivery, such as placement, setup, or full installation, please contact us before or after placing your order. Our team can provide a custom delivery and installation quote to suit your needs and ensure your product is safely installed where you want it.
