Once you place your order, we’ll confirm availability with our UK supplier.
Your card is only charged once availability is confirmed and your order is ready to dispatch.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we’ll contact you before taking payment.

Delivery Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days

• Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves our partner warehouse

Standard Delivery (Kerbside)

All standard deliveries are kerbside delivery.

This means your item will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property (for example, a driveway or curb).
You’ll be responsible for moving it to its final location and arranging assembly unless additional services are arranged.

If you’d like help beyond kerbside delivery, we can arrange with our trusted suppliers:

• Placement assistance

• Partial setup

• Full installation

Please contact us before or after ordering and we’ll provide a custom quote based on your location and needs.

Remote or Hard-to-Reach Locations

Some areas (including the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and rural postcodes) may require additional delivery costs.

If this applies to your order:

• We’ll contact you before dispatch

• We’ll confirm the cost with you

• No extra charges are applied without your approval

Change-of-Mind Returns

• Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue return instructions and ensure it’s sent to the correct location.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

• We’ll arrange collection or

• Issue a full refund or replacement

• At no cost to you
